TOKYO MARATHON PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MARATHON REQUIREMENTS:

1.Participants must be at least 19 years of age on race day and be capable of completing the race in under 6 hours and 40 minutes.
2.Japanese who live overseas can join this tour; Japanese living in Japan are not eligible.
3.Subject to availability. Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.
4.Land arrangement is operated by KNT.
5.AIR: Fuel surcharge as of Aug. 1, 2011 ($670) is included. In case of increase, additional charge will be added.
6.AIR: Applicable taxes and fees (approx. $90-105) as of Aug. 1, 2011 are not included in the prices above.
7.Deadline to book is Nov. 28th. We will close the booking when the maximum number of entrants is filled.

DEPOSIT: At time of booking, $300.00 non-refundable deposit due.
FINAL PAYMENT due Nov. 28th, 2011 (Mon).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Before Nov. 28th, 2011 (Mon) - $300 Non-refundable deposit
From Nov. 29th, 2011 (Tue) to Feb. 10th, 2012 (Fri) - 50%
After Feb. 11th, 2012 (Sat) - 100%
